The room was pleasant and clean with excellent easy to adjust climate control. Bedding was pleasant. Breakfast was real, and had something for everyone. The location is in walking distance to downtown and the bus or train station, and the highway is close by as well.

Service at check-in; breakfast; room size and the fact that there were two queen beds; good size bathroom; TV with streaming options; proximity to Northampton; good thermostat for AC and heating; plenty of parking; fridge, microwave, ironing board and hair dryer in room

First of all Northampton is a fun city to explore and has some beautiful biking paths. It was a nice place to stop on the way towards our final destination. This hotel was in a great location easily able to walk to town and explore. The hotel was nice and clean with a full breakfast. The staff, as well, were helpful and sweet. I had paid for the hotel through booking.com but their system did not fully register this and they patiently worked with me to figure out the issue. I also liked the fitness center - a bit bigger than most hotel gyms and I always appreciate when they have dumbbells - not a given with many hotels). And again, very clean which is always the most important part of a hotel for me. We also had a gorgeous view of some mountains from our window and we watched the sun set.

The location is great the garden and view make special, the vibe, the breakfast had good choices, health and tasty, any request at the front desk was answered and they accommodated and that is top.

A quick drive to Main Street. Staff was very nice. Room & bed was very clean & comfortable. Parking lot is well lit and you don’t have to walk far to the lobby.

Good location. Clean and comfortable room. Really nice breakfast with waffles and a couple of other hot options along with many cold options. The man working the food area was super-nice and helpful. All of the hotel staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was one of the better continental hotel breakfasts I've had. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the shower was lovely! Great location, walkable and safe distance to downtown.
